About:
For the third year we are hosting a meet for the tri-state area in Western Illinois! Our meet will coincide with the Maker's Market weekend event here in Quincy, featuring food and vendors from across the region in downtown Quincy. We will host a gathering Friday night, June 12th at Quincy Brewing Company for all interested! It is a great weekend for families to hang out while swimmers swim!
Meet Facility:
6-lane, 25-yard pool on the campus of Quincy University, in the Health and Fitness Center.
Parking available in B Lot on campus.
The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1.
Daktronics Timing system will be primary time, watches for back-up times
Warm-ups / cool down will be available at designated breaks after Event 7 and Event 14.
Times from this meet will be eligible for USMS Top ten and USMS records.
RULES: Current USMS technical rules will apply unless otherwise noted in this meet information.

DISABILITY: Swimmers with hearing or sight concerns should confer with the starter/referee prior to
their events in order that assistance may be provided. Swimmers with physical disabilities may assume a
starting position prior to other participants in a heat.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: The meet and meet host will adhere to the policies and procedures provided by
the local health department.
ENTRY PROCESS:
Entries will be through Club Assistant.
The entry fee for previously registered USMS members is $30
INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES:
This meet will be limited to six individual entries.
A swimmer’s age group is determined by that swimmer’s age on the last day of the meet, June 13, 2026. Age groups to be contested are as follows: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99, and 100+.
There are no qualifying time standards for this meet. A swimmer should enter his/her best achieved time for each event entered. An entry time of “NO TIME” will be accepted
This meet is only available to currently registered USMS swimmers. USMS registration will not be allowed on deck.
SEEDING: All events will be seeded by time. They will be scored by age group.
WARM-UP TIMES:
Warm-up time 9:00 AM Meet 10:00 AM
Lanes 1 and 6 will be available as warm-up lanes throughout the meet.
RESULTS:
Final results will be emailed and posted in printable form on the

Registration will open February 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM and close Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 9:00 PM.
Session 1:
Warm up at 9:00 AM - Start at 10:00 AM
The 500 Freestyle will be limited to 18 swimmers.
Positive check-in for the 500 Freestyle will close at 9:30 AM.
The 400 Individual Medley will be limited to 18 swimmers.
Positive check-in for the 400 Individual Medley will close at 10:00 AM.
USMS renewals and deck entries will not be permitted on deck.
Meet Course: 25 Yards
Warm-ups start at 9:00 AM
Meet starts at 10:00 AM
Meet is estimated to end at 12:00 PM
Results will be scored by gender and age group.
All relays will be men’s, women’s or exactly 2 men 2 women.
Time trials will be allowed at the conclusion of Event 18.
